New Construction Inspections:

Believe it or not, builders in the great state of Texas are not required to be licensed and or regulated. Many builders (not all) cut corners and use cheap materials in new home construction. When your getting a new home built you owe it to yourself to allow a Licensed Professional to thoroughly inspect your NEW home. Don't allow the builder to recommend a general "Walkthrough" inspection. Walkthrough inspections are generally "Cosmetic Defect Inspections" and they are NOT conducted within the same scope as My inspection process.
